8.00 André de Waal: Becoming a High Performance Organisation
Based on his ten year research project – involving 1470 organizations in 50 countries – Dr. André A. de Waal (academic director of the HPO Center and associate professor at Maastricht School of Management) will discuss these factors that make an HPO. In addition, he will discuss the current HPO status of organizations in Dubai.
